The Cozy Autumn Book Tag

I found this on Kristen Kraves Books and thought it looked fun and I love all things fall so you get another fall tag from me! The tag was created by The Book Belle over on youtube.

What book always reminds you of fall/autumn?  I don’t really have a specific book that reminds me of fall but I do love to read thrillers and scarier books during this time of year.

What is your favorite autumnal book cover?

What is your favorite autumnal drink to read with?  I like cold apple cider during the fall.

Do you prefer to read late at night or early in the morning?  Mornings are my favorite time to read because it’s usually quiet and still a little dark out. But to be honest I will read at any time of day and pretty much anywhere!

Halloween is coming! What is your favorite spooky read?  I know not everyone loved this book but I did. Not only did it teach me that I enjoy a little bit of horror in my books but it also introduced me to Silvia Moreno-Garcia and I am enjoying reading her backlist!

What is the ultimate comfort read for you?  Any book by Penny Reid but especially Neanderthal Meets Human, also The Wild Series by K.A. Tucker and Wall of Winnipeg by Marian Zapata. These are my go to books to get me out of a reading slump!

What is your favorite autumnal reading snack?  Pumpkin muffins or bread!

What is your favorite autumnal candle to burn whilst reading?  I love anything apple scented but it has to be straight apple no cinnamon!

When you’re not reading, what is your favorite autumnal activity?  We like to go looking at leaves or hanging out with family and friends, carving pumpkins and corn mazes.

What is on your autumn/fall reading list?
