Alright friends, Meeghan stumped me this week and I had such a hard time finding books with shields on the cover! You would think with all the swords there would be more with shields but nope. I had to start physically looking through my physical books one by one because I couldn’t find any more by searching on goodreads. So here are my 5 books!
The Serpent Bride by Sara Douglass – I thought one of her books would have a shield on the cover but I honestly thought it would be on one of Axis’s books.
A Dance With Dragons by George R.R. Martin – Pretty easy with this one
Sam Wilson Captain America: Civil War II – I knew I could pick any comic with CaptainAmerica but I wanted to choose one I had read so I went with Sam’s.
King of Scars by Leigh Bardugo – Not your typical shield but it still works.
Crown of Vengence by Mercedes Lackey and James Mallory – This is the book that I found while physically going through my shelves. I honestly forgot I have it because I picked it up on a whim and still have not read it.
