Let’s Talk Bookish – December 30th

Friday’s are for The Let’s Talk Bookish Meme which is a weekly meme created by Rukky@EternityBooks and is now hosted by Aria @Booknookbits.

Todays topic is: 2022 Reading & Blogging Reflections

How many books did you read in 2022? I am still getting all my 2022 stats together but I think I am around 240-250 books for the year.

Did you meet your reading goals? I only set 3 goals for myself this year and I met 2 of 3. The third goal was a long shot which was to get my netgalley to 80% and I am about 72%.

What were some of your favorites? I have quite a few but the ones that stick out are Running Wild by K.A. Tucker, Crowbones by Anne Bishop and a space opera series by T.A. White.

What were your least favorite books you read this year? Dial A for Aunties, Murder of Mr. Wickham, Reckless Girls and Crazy Stupid Bromance.

How did you feel about your blogging in 2022? I was happy for the most part, I had some depression around the middle of the year and that slowed mu blogging down. Also starting a new job this month has put the brakes on my blogging but I am hoping to be better in 2023.

What are your favorite posts you wrote in 2022? I love my books coming out for each month, my round ups and of course the weekly memes I do!

Happy 2022!!!

Hello and thank you for visiting my blog. My name is Becky and I am a Real Estate Agent/Stay At Home Mom and I live in the beautiful state of Colorado with my husband, two kids, dog and cat. I am an avid reader and read on average 2-3 books a week. I started my blog because I needed a place where I could talk about books and put down my thoughts on all things book related.
