Let’s Talk Bookish: November 20th

Hello Friends and Happy Friday! How is everyones week going? So far so good here, my kids are officially on fall break and then back to remote learning. Today’s Let’s Talk Bookish topic is a Freebie! Since I am new to this I went back and found this one from July and thought it would be fun. This topic was BLOG SCHEDULING which was suggested by Heran @ Be Frisky. The Let’s Talk Bookish Meme is a weekly meme that is created and hosted by Rukky@EternityBooks and Dani@Literary Lion.

Do you post on a schedule? I try to plan my blogs out at least a week in advance but there are the weekly memes that I do that are scheduled for the entire month.

Do you do certain memes every week? I do! Right now I do Top 5 Tuesday which was created by Shanah at Bionic Book Worm, and now being hosted by Meeghan reads and Let’s Talk Bookish which is created and hosted by Rukky@EternityBooks and Dani@Literary Lion.

Do you think posting on a schedule is more/less stressful than just posting when you feel like it? I find it less stressful because I have a bunch of drafts already going and then just schedule them for when I would like them to go live.

Do you think having a schedule is an important part of  being a good blogger? Not at all. Everyone works differently and what works for some people may not work for others.

Do you schedule your posts? Let me know in the comments below.

Hello and thank you for visiting my blog. My name is Becky and I am a Real Estate Agent/Stay At Home Mom and I live in the beautiful state of Colorado with my husband, two kids, dog and cat. I am an avid reader and read on average 2-3 books a week. I started my blog because I needed a place where I could talk about books and put down my thoughts on all things book related.

  1. I dont think having a schedule is an important part of being a blogger but it can make it less stressful. At the moment I post everyday but I schedule my posts out the night before. This way I’m not scrambling to post in the morning. I am reassured knowing that my post is going to automatically post at a set time. Also my followers come to expect a post at a certain time so that helps with consistency
